Clinic Policies & Guidelines

To provide the best care for all our patients and respect the time of our busy pet parents, we kindly ask you to follow our clinic guidelines.

Arrival Times: Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for check-in to ensure a smooth start to your pet's visit.

Cancellations: We request at least 24-hour notice for all cancellations to accommodate other pets in need of care.

Late Arrivals: Appointments delayed by more than 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled or will have to wait for available staff to be seen in order to maintain our quality of service.

Medication Refills: Please allow 48 hours for all medication and prescription food refill requests.
